Steve and Sara wanted to begin their honeymoon where Steve had proposed, at Disney World in Florida. They then wanted to fly to an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean for some relaxation and fun. They wanted the majority of their expenses paid for before they left, so I recommended purchasing their theme park tickets and Disney Dining Plan, which provides meals at Disney’s resorts and theme parks. The all-inclusive resort I suggested was\u00a0Dreams Palm Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It’s on a beautiful stretch of sand about one hour from the airport.<\/p>\n

We had a wonderful honeymoon.\u00a0 Disney was great.\u00a0 We were on the go a lot so we were really exhausted from that leg of the trip but it was so much fun.\u00a0 We were able to get to all the parks and do all the activities we wanted to do in that period of time.\u00a0 We also did the extra Halloween party at Magic Kingdom and that was a lot of fun.\u00a0 We were extremely happy with the dining plan.\u00a0 I don\u2019t think we would go back to Disney without it.\u00a0 It was nice that we didn\u2019t have to worry about the additional costs of the meals while we were on the trip.\u00a0 We ate at Cinderella\u2019s Castle one of the nights which was really neat.<\/p>\n
We like Dreams a lot.\u00a0 It rained for the first day we were there so that was kind of a bummer.\u00a0\u00a0 It was actually kind of a blessing in disguise because we were able to take some naps and catch up on some rest without feeling like we were missing beach time.\u00a0\u00a0 We really like the resort and the restaurants were great.\u00a0 It was very relaxing and the beach was so nice.\u00a0 We upgraded to the preferred rooms and we were really glad we did.\u00a0 With that, we got a private pool, extra restaurant choice for breakfast\/lunch, private beach area, and free internet access. \u00a0One thing that we forgot was to bring our marriage license to get the honeymoon package so we weren\u2019t able to do that but it ended up not being a big deal.\u00a0 Sara got a massage one afternoon which she liked and we also went parasailing which was a lot of fun.<\/p>\n
Overall we had a great time.\u00a0Thank you for all of your help getting everything set up.\u00a0 \u00a0It was a wonderful honeymoon.<\/p>\n
