We spent the day on Disney’s private island Castaway Cay. I absolutely love this island! There are planned activities for children, teens, and adults, or you can just lay on the beach in hammocks or loungers. Scuttle’s Cove has supervised children’s programs for kids 3-12, Serenity Bay is a private beach for those 18 and over, and Teen Hideaway is just for teens 13-17.<\/p>\n

A barbeque lunch is served, which includes hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, ribs, salads, ice cream, fruit, and cookies. There are three places to eat – two in the family area and one in Serenity Bay.<\/p>\n

Sightseeing tours included banana boat rides, snorkeling with stingrays, bicycle rentals, and deep sea fishing. The morning starts with a 5k at 8:30am if you’re really motivated.<\/p>\n

You can also rent private beach cabanas that include complimentary water and soda, safe, refrigerator, and indoor and outdoor furniture.<\/p>\n
