Guadalajara is the home of mariachis and tequila, and there were agave fields lining the roads. We had lunch at a lake-front restaurant with mariachis and drinks and dessert at the beautiful spa resort Hotel Monte Coxala. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
