The second-largest city in Norway is located on the western coast of the country and is considered the gateway to the fjords. It&#8217;s the rainiest city in Europe, and the forecast for the next 10 days advises 100% chance of rain every day. We took a walking tour of the city and ate a moose burger from a food truck on the wharf.
