It was a very sobering experience, but one I felt was important. The most difficult thing was reading the stories of children and their parents.<\/p>\n<p>We stayed at The World Friendship Center last night, a guesthouse run by volunteers. We slept on futons on tatami mats again and shared a bathroom down the hall. Jet lag finally caught up with me and I went to bed at 7pm.<\/p>\n<p>Baseball is huge here and we&#8217;re in the middle of the playoffs for the World Series.
