Amy and her husband wanted to take their 3 boys on a cruise. Their boys are 8, 9, and 12 and like a variety of activities. As a family of 5, they wanted more room to spread out. My family has cruised with Disney twice and I highly recommended their cruises. Their ships have a variety of activities for all ages and their cabins have larger bathrooms than most cruise lines. I suggested a Western Caribbean itinerary that stopped in Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and Disney’s private island Castaway Cay. I also suggested traveling to Florida the day prior to the cruise to ensure that they and their luggage arrived on time. It was a good thing they left early, because we had a horrible snow storm and they would have missed their cruise if they hadn’t. I arranged flights, private car transportation from the airport to the hotel, 1 night hotel accommodation prior to the cruise at Downtown Disney, private car transportation from the hotel to the pier, cruise accommodations, and private car from the pier to the airport.
We absolutely LOVED the cruise! I am SO glad we left when we did or we would have been stuck in the snow storm:( We already booked our next cruise while we were on the ship! We went to Stingray Bay and did the Dolphin Excursion which was super neat and when we went to Cozumel we went on the Fury catamaran beach party and snorkel which was fantastic but would have wished it would have been longer snorkeling experience. The transportation provided by Ace was great service and on time. Thanks again- we were so pleased with the entire trip! The service from Disney is unmatched!Amy
