Our son gets to choose our family vacations, and he picked Washington State this year. We have friends in Vancouver and I’ve always wanted to go to Whistler, so we’re on a 10 day trip of the Pacific Northwest. We flew into Seattle last night and were very busy today.
We started the day eating donuts at Pike Place Market, then walked to Safeco Field. The Mariners were playing the Pirates – what a gorgeous stadium. It started to rain in the second inning, but they closed the roof and kept playing.
