This is the first time I’ve traveled to Louisiana and I’m super excited! We’re spending three days in New Orleans and staying at the Drury Inn and Suites, which is centrally located in the Central Business District. The Hop-on/Hop-off Bus and trolley both stop right outside the hotel. They have a roof-top pool and breakfast is included. Complimentary popcorn and soda are available in the lobby and a light dinner with alcohol is included each evening.
We went to the National World War II Museum today. It was absolutely incredible – we could have spent the whole day. My family ranges in age from 4 to 73, and we all found something interesting. I really liked the Campaigns of Courage Pavilion that covered the wars in the Pacific and Europe.
