I’m on to Beach Palace and LeBlanc Spa Resort today. Beach Palace is in the center of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. It’s close to shopping and restaurants such as Bubba Gump’s and Outback Steakhouse. I’ve been on twelve cruises and I really think this resort has a cruise ship feel, especially the view from the Sky Floor. This roof-top terrace is surrounded by glass walls with views of the lagoon and ocean and has 2 swim up bars, 2 pools, and 2 jacuzzis.
The resort is very family-friendly with daily activities such as ping pong, pool volleyball, and beach soccer spread throughout the resort. A large screen is lowered over the pool for nightly shows and dive-in movies. Kids will love their own pool with waterslide and kid’s club, while parents will enjoy 9 treatment rooms in the spa.
LeBlanc Spa Resort is a luxury adults-only resort that offers Butler Service for all guests. The majority of the rooms have an ocean view, but 25% have a beautiful view of the lagoon. (Ocean view rooms in Cancun have sunrise views; lagoon view rooms have sunset views). Bvlgari bath amenities, pillow menu, and individual aromatherapy are included. I had lunch in the International Buffet, which had a fabulous grill. Top sirloin steak and seafood were cooked to order, as well as a huge assortment of desserts, ice cream, and popsicles.
